Remember our policies for sign-ups and refunds:

Please sign-up two weeks prior to the event to guarantee a spot! Adaptive events require three weeks! Our staff are working instructors, just like yourself, and need to preschedule their time off with their resorts.

Cancellation:

• If you must cancel, give us as much advance warning as possible.
• If you cancel less than two (2) days prior to the event, or are a NO SHOW, no refund will be given.
• If you cancel within a week of the event, but more than two (2) days prior, a 50% refund of your registration fees will be returned to you.
• If you cancel at least a week prior to the event, we reserve the right to withhold a $10 cancellation fee.
• If you cancel over two weeks before the event, there will be no cancellation fee.
