The education fund was designed to help instructors finance their education needs. The past Sodergren Fund recipients have been chosen by a ballot box in each ski/snowboard school and an award has been given annually to those chosen by their peers. They are instructors who have displayed the qualities that Mike and Mim held in high regard. Many of you have skied, worked, partied, cliniced, examined with, and enjoyed the Soddy's throughout their tenure in this division. They truly shared their passion for the the sport, but most importantly, they gave their time and available resources to anyone who was willing to come along with a sense of humor.
