Critical things you should know if you are new to the Association and looking for Level 1 certification:
|
You do NOT have to be employed by a snowsports School to be a member and participate in events.
*If you are not actively employed at a snowsport school you can only take your Level I Certification. If you pass you must complete at least 20hrs of teaching (verified by your school director) before receiving your Level I pin. If you don't complete 20 hrs of teaching you will only receive a certificate of completion.
The 6-day Level 1 Module for New Instructors is your best bet!
|
BEFORE You GO!
Our exams require PREPARATION! Go to the "Education Materials:" menu under the appropriate discipline (Alpine, Children's, Snowboard, etc.) Download the study guide and workbook.
